No. You have to understand the difference between Wireless access protocol (wap) and hyper text transfer protocol (http). Most mobile phones communicate using the former. Most internet browsers have http support. Thats probably how you are able to read this message thourgh your internet browser...
WAP has a different set of rules for displaying information.
Some browsers might have wap support, but I frankly don't know any...
