Be easy on them, it's not easy for anyone to ask a girl out. Just gently tell her that you really like her as a friend, but you're just not into that. Usually they're pretty cool about it.

You just conditionaly accept the offer that you are interested in three some inviting your own boy friend, if she is real lesbian, she will certainly decline your offer.

tell her you're sorry, but you just don't have the same sort of feelings for her that she does for you, but you still love her. also, it depends on her resiliency. the same thing happened with two friends of mine. When one told the other, the other turned and ran, literally, out of the auditorium. my lesbian friend was left bawling her eyes out. but that was 3 years ago, and they're still good friends! XD

Just be honest. i myself am gay and we all have moments when someone we want or are attracted to aren't gay or simple have no interest. If it's because your not that way inclined tell her that. you can't feel bad or say sorry when it's just not your cup of tea.
