I'm going to a hollywood themed party. We are suppose to dress up like red carpet wear, where should i shop?

you dont have to shop at a specfic place just come up with something dazzling.
like for instance try a glittery top with a cute skirt.or, go for a dress that is really cute, and someone might wear in hollywood.im assuming youre not over 18, so you dont have the money for a chanel dress.but, you can still get a reallly cute dress with out bankruptcy.
