i have this HUUUUGE crush on my cousin( i know its sooooo weird, but i CAN'T help it) well i met him in my homecountry abt 6 months back& i'm still crazy about him. well the thing was yeterday i met this other really cut guy, which i felt wud help me get over my cousin, but unfortunatley, today morning when i checked my mail he sent me some of his photos and now i went back about being crazy about him.
i know its really werird and PLZ DON'T TELL ME TO CONCENTRATE ON MY STUDIES AND STUFF CUZ I DO GET GUD RESULTS SO IT DOESNT MATTER. just help me fast!!!!!!!!!!!!
i only met the other guy once. and i feel the other guy wants to be only friends.
and i will be meeting my cousin like only after 8 months so i cant talk to him too.

You have to just know that is wrong and tell yourself that he may be attractive but that is it - you have to go with another guy. Off limits - no matter what - just end that in your head - really. See a therapist to help you if you need to - but you cannot act on that - ever.

Okay, forget your studies for now.
but honey, you know nothing can happen between you and your cousin, it is against the law in most places, and it will damage your reputation and self-esteem.
You just gotta get over it honey! the effects of either telling your cousin or acting out your feelings could be detrimental to you later in life...
Seriously, its not that uncommon to have feelings for relatives but it can't go anywhere, so let it go the same way you would let go a crush on a celebrity, or being dumped by a guy who doesn't deserve you.
You have to, this is one of those rare cases where you should listen to your common sense rather than your heart...

Well I can say by watching Dr. Phil that the odds of having a baby with birth defects with a cousin are just *slightly* greater than having a baby with anyone else. Hardly any difference!
I'm attracted to all 4 of my cousins, but 1 in particular more than the others.

Wow, I know it is socially acceptable for cousins to hook up in some cultures, but seriously! It sounds hard, but get over it! There are lots of really cute guys out there, and I'm sure that you aren't related to all of them. Give the guys of the world a chance!!

Its healthy to be attracted to a good looking person. Its not healthy to be attracted to someone that you know it is immoral. I was always able to look at my cousins and say there good looking or whatever. Thats where mine ended though.
I would suggest for you to just draw a line for you personaly. Find him a attractive just dont make any steps beyond that.
You can also find things you dont like about him and dwell on those.

get over your cousin. that is gross. Just realize that you are young and that there are alot of people in this world. Just because you only met this guy once. there are more fish in the sea and you are a teenager full of hormones. stop thinking that way about your cousin.

Your cousin how many generations down or is it your direct cousin and isn't that insest? Why not go for the other guy. since you can't have your cousin. you know. Go with what your heart tells you even if in the us law it's illegal.
