it is HUGE!!! usually has to be forced into its confinement and many time will nevvverrrrr come out. No worries, theres always adoption

It's is the bag that contains the douche. The douche is a liquid used to clean a woman's inner parts. It can be bought at drug stores or made at home with stuff like vinegar.
