You have 'cliques' in high school. An entourage is like your 'clique.' Except that when people say 'entourage,' they are usually meaning a group of people who admire them for some reason...that's why you usually only hear the word used by famous people.

According to "Mr. Thesaurus", entourage means followers. In wedding arrangements, entourage means your Principal Sponsors/Witnesses, Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid, Flower girls, etc.
