Is it a migrane or sinus? If it is a migrane put a cold cloth over your eyes go in a dark room and lay down. Take a tylenol. If it is sinus take a good decongestant like benadryl. Hope this helps. It could also mean your glasses need cleaning or your eyes need to be checked.

It depends on the EXACT location of the pains and how long. Go see a doctor. They will be able to tell you more accurately what you have. In the meantime, don't take too many aspirin or pain killers because once your body gets used to them, they won't be as effective. I get a lot of headaches too. Usually, 1 aspirin and plenty of water does the trick.
