Maybe if it was 5 years taken from some murderer or child rapist on death row, who was proven guilty with no doubt and was going to die anyway.

No, who is to predict it would be effective anyway? That is how would one tell that it has been done unless it was a an organ transplant or something, even then there maybe no telling what would happen. Seems a bit malicious & arrogant doesn't it?
