PC B can only see the internet if you were able to make you PC.A a router between the two NICs.

which means that you have to work on Windows 2003 Server and activate "routing and remote access" service.

you might find this a difficult thing, so the easier way is to connect them as the following:

Internet ~> Cable Modem ~> Router ~> HUB ~> PC.A and PC.B

which means you only need one NIC on PC.A
You connect PC.A, PC.B, and Internet line to the HUB, and set the configurations of
PC.A:
IP address :192.168.1.101
subnet : 255.255.255.0
gateway : 192.168.1.1

PC.B:
IP address :192.168.1.107
subnet : 255.255.255.0
gateway : 192.168.1.1

And hoppfully it will work, good luck ;)

Isn't there a redundancy in wiring? That home router could've double as a hub and since Internet is open, there is no harm allowing PC 2 to join the same network and having 'Net access as a side-effect, you can block it from doing so afterwards.

But back to what you put as question, subnet 255.255.255.0 goes to both machines and also leave gateway settings on both alone not entered.

PC.A nic.2(pci)
IP address : 192.168.10.100 >>> 192.168.1.9
subnet : ? (what to put) 255.255.255.0
gateway : ? what to put 192.168.1.1

PC.B network card
IP address : 192.168.10.101 >>> 192.168.1.8
subnet : ? what to put >>>> 255.255.255.0
gateway : ? what to put >>>> 192.168.1.1

all the network cards should be on the same level.

the best way i suggest is that, if you have a router and can config internet on it, then its simple for you as you can connect the router to your hub and other 2PCs to the hub and access the net.

try this.
