I hate going to the doctor, so if anyone can help in any way, I appreciate it.
One of the things I feel sometimes is that when I breath I get this sharp pain on my right side by my stomach. When that happens I have to breath short breaths until the pain goes away.
Another thing that's happened is that I get nose bleeds. Growing up I never got them but there have been a few times in the last year and a half, especially during winter when the temperature is hot.
Today, I felt something around right side of my collarbone, and when I felt that pain I felt it too on the back of my head also on the right side right above the neck.
The last time I went for a checkup was about five years ago, and am scared to go thinking that I might have some deadly disease, but then again don't we all. But if there is anyone that can help me in any way I appreciate it. Thanks.

First of all Relax. Your probably just freaking out like I do sometimes and feeling every little thing intensified. It just sounds like you pulled something. I some how manage to do it all the time and end up feeling pretty much the same way. I know you don't like docs, but try a different kind this time, a Chiropractor. (Ask friends and family if they know a good one who pays attention to every little area and works well with the info you give them. And not to scare you off, but make sure he does a lot of cracking. It's actually necessary, trust me.) A visit to a chiropractor is usually short and sweet. In fact many offer something to relax you first, like a heated pad for your sore muscles or a massage bed. Either way, you gotta see some kinda doc eventually. Hopefully that sounds like a better alternative. Good Luck!

Probably a couple of simple remedies may cure these problems.
Actually one or two.
1. Drink more water.
2. When you get those pains take a small dose of ibuprofen (1/2 to 1 pill low strength) if it lasts for more than 10 minutes. (Im not a doctor, but this does work for me)
The sharp pain (depending on location) is probably caused by a small inflammation in the cartilage of your ribcage. This is very common and feels a lot like a heart attack. The pain can shoot throughout chest, abdomen and arms. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and will help with the flare-up.
The nosebleeds are probably caused by lack of fluids. Deep inside your nose there is hardly a separation from the thin skin to the many blood vessels. In heat pressure can build in these vessels and because skin is dried out and weakened you can easily rupture the vessel causing a bleed. Winter is also dry, very dry, and can also cause ruptures. Drinking water and tkaing vitamin C will help cell growth and reduce problems hopefully.
I'm not certain what you felt on your collarbone, but it is probably muscle-related. Rest, gentle massage and lots of fluids can help. Also try drinking some vitamin D and calcium fortified milk.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

1) Ulcer, appendicitis, kidney failure, cancer, low lung capapcity
2) That's just the dry cold air. Happens a lot up here in Toronto.
3) Scar tissue on muscle caused by trauma.
So, go to a massage therapist, get a humidifier for winter and see a doctor!

Hypochondria; would be the first reason you should visit a doctor! I don't think you should indulge in making guesses and invite others to join you. You need a professional help before it is too late. Consult your Doc today!

the nose bleeds will go away when you stop doing coke and for the rest of your symptoms it looks like a case of hypocondria.

u should go to the doctor, no matter how scared of the news you are. because if it is fatal, the longer you wait the less the doctors can do to treat it. i know you really don't want to, but you have to.
