does it mean I have a choice of one of them?

Delivery to US, Australia or New Zealand using Economy Mail Service is $40(by air) and $23 for a longer service (by surface)

SAL (Air)- 28.00, SAL (economy air)-$21.00
Delivery to Singapore using Singapore Airlines is $28 and for a longer service is $21

This means that what charges ebay will take to provide you that particular article (that you buy), at your doorstep.

For instance, if you are in New Zealand (NZ) $40 shipping means that an additional $40 must be paid to ship your article from ebay to your doorstep in NZ.

Thats is, if you are sitting in NZ and buy and article of $60 you have to pay $100 ($60+$40) for that product to be shipped to you in NZ.

It is your choices that you can choose in order to get your product shipped to you. $40 being the fastest depending on your location - Air Mail is a bit slower but economy air is slower.
