so when school starts a couple weeks in theres this 11&12 grade choir that i want to try out for ever since my friend said i should w/ her..you have to sing one of those patriotic songs in front of either your choir or the 11th&12th grade choir..and i need some advice for trying out..everyone says ill do fine ever since i got this one solo and people i dint even no started compimenting me but that was like 2 years ago and now im scared so any good advice for trying out would be great..

Exactly what are you afraid of? Answer that and you'll probably realize how senseless it is to be afraid. First, stop focusing on it so hard. If you can sing, you can sing. Just go and sing!
