I believe, you can regain your confidence first by believing in yourself. I do bot know what is the cause of you losing confidence, But whatever may be the reason, just wash it of from your mind and start looking again at the world afresh. Go out kick at the football and with it your worries too.

I am giving a very generalised answer because your question is also very generalised. I will only say, please start reminding yourself that "YOU CAN DO IT."

Look at what made you lose your confidence in the first place, then you can change what you feel you can change about yourself and accept the things you can't. Learn to love yourself and then others will love you too.
