Well.....I hope you are very young & just using the awful spelling that's become common among young people who often text message. If not, saying in a job interview that you want to join either of these agencies because they're "cool n awesum" won't get you very far. Job selection at both agencies is very competitive.
My scolding's done. Now to truly answer your question. You can find out much more about these agencies, their responsibilities, and job opportunities at their websites: fbi.gov and cia.gov. A college education, prior military service, and the ability to speak one or more foreign languages (particularly the Middle Eastern languages) will give you an edge over other applicants.

properly, the CIA are no longer regulation enforcement, like the others you point out. some Federal companies are: FBI, secret provider, Marshal provider, DEA (Drug Enforcement corporation), ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms). besides to those companies there are countless uniformed regulation enforcement communities such because of the fact the GSA protection Police, VA well being midsection Police, Border Patrol, etc. in simple terms relies upon on what sort of L.E. artwork you elect for to do.

The FBI is domestic, the CIA is international.
The FBI assists law enforcement and takes authority in certain cases, especially if state lines are crossed.
The CIA is concerned with the gathering of foreign intelligence and responding to it.
The FBI focuses on the criminal.
The CIA focuses on global political and military issues.

check out their websites and look under recruitment. See what you will need to do in your life to make that your long term goal.
Trust me the application process is not quick, if you are close to being the right age to even think about looking into it, dont bank on being hired in the next year or so.
If you're just a kid, make it your goal, and form your life and school around it. It will help a lot.
Keep your nose outta trouble, because even things that you do when you are 14 will be scrutinized...ie classes you failed, records, places you have travelled etc.

You have to be damn near squeaky clean as far as your record and drug use...you have to be fairly intelligent with a college degree or some military or police experience and you have to be prepared to not be able to talk about your job and be gone for long stretches of time.

They're not nearly as cool and awesome as you think. I think you watch too many unrealistic TV shows and movies.
