See have to connect a stepper motor to Visual Basics 6.0. by creating visual basics forms. How is it possible. I have to open thr door with the help of Stepper motor. PLEASE PLEASE help

You'll need to read the documentation for the motor. Once you figure out how to send it "one step clockwise" and "one step counterclockwise" commands from the VB environment, the rest is *easy*.

You probably can't do this reliably on a "standard" computer and OS. You need a realtime OS to get the quick and guaranteed response time for your stepper signals.
