I thought men liked bigger breasts

That's ridiculous. She can't help what size she is.. and as you are only a BOYFRIEND she'd be insane to alter anything on her body to please a possibly temporary relationship. Heck.. even if you were married she'd be nuts to change her appearance on your whim.
I'm very large chested. 38 DDD. Never met a guy who had a problem with that while I was dating. But now that I'm 27, married, and am tired of the backaches, I've decided to have a reduction.
But every time I talk about making the "girls" smaller my husband acts like someone just ran over his dog.
So.. judging from my own experience.. you're the one with the problem, not her. And with her considerable assets she'll have no trouble replacing you once you leave her some flat-chested woman with a body vaguely resembling that of a teenage boy.

Find a reason to love them the size they are.
My hubby was a man who loved big butts but I'm a 44 DDD and made him forget about the "bottom" half and focus on my twins!;)

you can't change the size of her boobs, that's how her body is...shame on you for being so shallow to actually ask how to change your girlfriends body....
