I would like to see him tried in the World Court, and convicted for his crimes.
But then again, I have saved drownding spiders and cockroaches.
Justice isn't my job,

Yes if I could. We need to understand the motives and mods of thinking of all criminal activity. We do to much killing and not enough studying what makes killers and our bad guys tick.
Simple quick answers do not till us anything, some are witty or funny but few are useful or appropriate.
