the youngsters know nuts about the old practices their parents performed everynow and then. what do u think? how can we solve that?

no Surely not..
western culture is made to make people look good ...
but,at the end of the day...it is what you believe and feel that is all important...
values shall remain within as long as a person wants them to...so,,maintain ur values and u'll find that westernisation doesnt matter at all.

I agree that most of us are westernised outwardly but there are still some of us still practicing our own traditional values and culture. We are not practicing it like our parents era where family bonding is very strong and we also celebrated alot of the festival season together as a big family. The current generation does not pratice it and some of them even forget the festive season. I believe that parents must educate the younger generation on the traditional culture and values.

i feel that we may be westernised outwardly but most of us still hold on to the values of our own culture.

though i agree it may not be as strong as during our parents' generation, it is nonetheless something that we doesnt let go easily.

'education' from parents or even grandparents is still the way to go.
