Its great if you want to do this but it requires a lot of time and effort. But its really worth it in the end. Firstly the atmosphere, girls love scented candles, soft lighting, lovely music in the background and you could gift her a piece of lingerie (nothing tooo sexy or she'll feel pressurized). Secondly, explore her carefully in terms of kissing, playing with her skin and lips, giving her a massage (let her keep her lingerie on if she wants to, getting naked right away might tense her) and then continue with lots and lots of foreplay. Foreplay is what will lubricate her, reduce her pain, make her want you (and remember you). Foreplay includes kissing, stroking and of course genital manipulation. The clitoris is very important for women but be gentle, its also very sensitive. Use a water based lubricant and a condom, the penis penetrates easier this way. Ease her into the missionary position or her on top and get her stimulated enough for you to want to penetrate her. Remember she will be tight inside so penetrate her very, very, very slowly making sure she's not in too much pain. Tell her to 'bear down' which will open up her vagina and allow you to penetrate her easier. She might not necessarily orgasm the first time (most girls don't) but if you find a position (get her to lie on her back and you should sit between her legs, penetrate her and yet manipulate her clitoris at the same time) that will make her comfortable, she'll hopefully have a better time than expected. If you make sure of all these things, she probably will never forget you as her best first time.
