Both! It's not an 'argument' as in who is 'right' to feel a certain way as opposed to who is 'wrong'. Sometimes one person's feelings are more 'important' when it's a serious issue that has to be decided - like I think it's more important how a 12 yr old girl feels if she's pregnant from being raped & wants an abortion, than how anti-abortionists feel.

It depends on which one is most important to you.

It boils down on who you are and where you come from. These two are the foundation of your inner value.

Ideally, both yours and others feelings are equally important. We all want to reach the ideal, of course. However, for that to happen, we need to start with evaluating the situation. Observe the situation and know who your opponent is, then decide which one should be the winner. Your feelings or the others! The judge is you.

To be a good judge of situation, read more books, and talk more to various people. If you do this, your communication

Eventually, your life will teach you how to treat others as well as you treat yourself.

Both without a doubt! Now days not to many people have natural feelings for one another, that's one of the reasons things are in such a mess. People now seem to be very self indulging and very self serving, thus is really no room for anyone to be in their lives except for short periods of time!

Both demand a equal respect... Although, at times one may be inclined to tip the scale depending on the particular situation... Bearing in mind that "feelings" most definitely means something different to each individual.....Harmony, AHHHHHH, it's tricky like that...

If you are a selfish person then what is important is your own feelings. If you are an unselfish person then what is important is others feelings. I hope I said that right.

I always put others in front of myself, but not in all situations. If I truly believe a situation is wrong I'll do whatever I can to fix it. But you matter. If you can't help yourself, you can't help others.
