Massive similarities - common origin, basically common God and many beliefs. Major difference, Mohammad as a later prophet than Christianity or Judaism accepts. Both Christianity and Islam derived from Judaism, but with different "slants" reflecting the different cultures and and social systems...

A similarity would be that we worship the same god only by a different name. The difference is that they basically devote their lives to allah. They pray several times a day, eat only halaal food, dont drink, dont marry out of their religion and they fast. Not all of them are so strict only some are.

Simple... Jesus Christ. The Muslims think that Jesus is only a prophet. But as for us Christians, He is more than that. He is God, the Lord, the Messiah, and the beginning and the end.

The 'Golden Rule' is supposedly universal in all religions, but I think some members overlook that and get lost in the details :)

They worship the same god. One group followed Moses across the Red Sea and Christ was born there later.

Those that remained became Muslim and didn't know Christ has came and gone....
