...FOOD you have ever eaten?
My ex-mother-in-law is Japanese, and she got the biggest kick out of giving me stuff to eat that she knew I would never touch, if I knew what it was. I ate octopus, sushi before it was fashionable, kelp, and god knows what else!

I remember it well, it was a day after an awards night when every family of the team had to bring in a food tray for the pot reunion. When with curiosity I picked up a small stuffed churro looking thing. I still don't know what its called, but it tasted dry and it was filled with ground meat 'I think'.This typical dish was said to come from Arab. My friends and I teased each other afterwords with calling it mummy fingers. By the way I never told them, but I'll tell you hey I liked them!

i had sheep brains in Morocco. Not bad actually. And in Sweden we eat fermented herring every year in August. It is soooooo good! It smells like feces when you open up the can, but the flavor is nothing like it. My mom just send me a can and I am expecting it any day now. Me and my swedish friend M is going to have a fermented herring party.

I also had som garlic-chocolate in gilroy , california. I love garlic, and i love chocolate, but the two do NOT go together. lol
