depends on where you deleted the email from..if you are using Outlook Express and you just deleted it from your Inbox then it will be located in the Deleted Items folder..if however you deleted the email from the deleted items folder then it has gone bye byes

it should be in the trash or deleted section of ur email providers "mail" homepage...if its yahoo it will be on ur left hand side

go to your trash , it should still be there for 24 hours

you should have a "deleted folder"
check there
