regular exercise,nowdys hospitals or clinics hav pre and post delivery exercise sessions if u hav such a thiing in ur place find out nd enrol urself in.u hav a belt that helps curb the flab around ur stomach after ur deliivery consult ur gynaec and go for it.dont take too much of ghee and other fatty substance so that it helps lactation because ultimately makees u gain weight.

Dont rush on losing weight because you will end up gaining more. Slowly reduce you carb intake (eat less bread, pasta, rice). Instead of eating 4 slice of bread, eat 2. You will start noticing results! It worked for me!
