i saw a thing on a site www.skize.com that says remove links & it has a code you can post. Is that how you remove ads?

Go to a "myspace tweaks" website and you can get a code for that. However, I know you don't care but it's against terms of service just so you know ahead of time. : ) Good luck.

Go here

http://www.myspace.com/sk8_layouts_html21

look in the Interests section, there's codes for all kinds of stuff... The 5th box has the code to hide the AD.

Oh, and yes they CAN be hidden... I had them hidden, but only for like 1 day. The account might get deleted.

Get Firefox and install the extension to block ads. It's a totally better browser than Internet Explorer. Here's my blog on how to get it: http://osmondparam.blogspot.com/2006/08/mozilla-firefox-and-adblock.html

No they cannot be removed, in order to keep MySpace free you have to allow them to advertise and there is no way to disable the ads. Sorry....

If you do that you would be breaking their TOS, and your account will be deleted.
