u can buy it at the pharmacies. There is guardian and so on you can find at most major shopping complexes in Johor Kl and Penang. Guardian is almost everywhere in Kl however, you can only buy prescriptive medicine during office hours and when the pharmacist is available.
Otherwise, u can also buy them at clinics.

There are pharmacies along the main roads and in malls. You can buy your medicine there. Some medicine are controlled items and you will need to show a doctor's prescription before you are allowed to buy them.

You can buy from anywhere, but i would recommend pharmacies. But be sure to keep the receipt.
The Customs might need verification. Remember not to buy controlled drugs / medication. You might get into trouble.
