I don't know. But I think it would hurt if they "walked into the counter".

Yes it will. When we can get past all the perverts vying for legitimization, and tying up the Legislative and Judicial branches of our Government, then we can get on to solving the real problems of the world. But that won't happen until fringe special interest groups shut up and get out of the way. Gay marriage is a non-issue, it needs to be trashed so we can focus on what's more important. If we approve Gay marriage then all the other perverts will be coming to the table for legitimization as well. There are already people working to legalize incest, pedophilia, and polygamy. There are political proponents for considering rape and prostitution as sexual lifestyle choices. Where does it end? From a small leak in the dam to the dam bursting. No solution there. If you don't think all this will tie up the Legislature and the courts for the next thousand years, you're nuts. A line must be drawn now so that control is not lost. Focus on the poor, and forget the perverts. No one can stop what people choose to do in their own homes, but there is no reason for the Country as a whole to accept what the majority believe to be immoral. I see the Gays, who's whole life revolves around their "sexuality", as the ones who are selfish, not to mention narrow minded. Putting their ridiculous "issues" before more important ones. Thinking that they are more important then the rest of the citizenry of this country.

Your language and attitude betrays the immorality, selfishness, and emptiness of your cause.

Would allowing gay marriage put food on a poor person's plate?

Sure, they can walk into McDonalds and say, hey, gay marriage is now legal, I will get my food for free from now on right?

If this is the best arguement you can come up with for gay marraige, it isn't going to pass ever.

That question doesn't really make any sense...but I will have to say no. The clerk probably would not give anyone a free cheeseburger, unless it is a celebrity or something.

No it wont but it keeps being gay from becomeing acceptable in society. Gay's dont care about being titled as "married" they just want the tax break so they can file taxes together. Our country was founded be christian men and ill be damned if they turn this christianity based country into some gay paradise where that intolerable lifestyle is accepted

I don't write well but I get what your are writing about, how come I hear more about gay marriage than how working class is paying their bills or even buying gas. Minimum wages barely get rent on a cheap place to live, never mind having a car or kids.

This is code words used by Republicans to avoid the real issues of the day, war, economy, education, gas prices and failed presidency. So get public to believe gays will get married.

My aren't we bitter. No it won't and the concept of putting so much energy into banning gay marriage is something I find ludicrous. I can think of lots of things much more threatening than a gay married person. I do agree though that more attention should be given to feeding and taking care of our poor and less to bothering people who aren't hurting anyone.
