Give yourself about ten minutes to write anything and everything that comes to your mind, regardless of grammar, punctuation, or accuracy. Just write. Some of the best ideas come that way. Let the written remain for a day, pick it up the next, and if you did it correctly, you won't recall what you wrote, since your subconcious "forgets". You will find words and phrases you never thought , and it's always fun to see what your brain is saying while your fingers are writing! Sometimes, we are so focused on a certain thing that we overlook the reason we are writing, which is to express what's inside.

You write from experience, right?. Maybe you are just too young to have experienced much. You've used up all your limited experience and you're not creative enough to generate more ideas. The solution is to give writing a break, by a round the world ticket and spend a year travelling the developing countries. That'll cure it.

keep writing, strumming whatever your doing now
even canabalize stuff you've done befiore but just keep on plugging away, alot of crap may come onto the page or through your instrument but you just gotta ride through it.

I'm a writer and find that if I stop during writers block I'm done, for me its like a hose with a blockage in it, you just gotta put a much pressure into that SOB by writing more and more until the blockage is shot through and your productive/creative stuff starts flowing again.

If you walk away from it, you'll come back a little relaxed maybe, but the blockage is usually still there.

GET OUT; find inspiration in life's activities (social activities). Have some SERIOUS fun and forget about writing for a week or two or three. Believe me, something will pop up!

Go somewhere where there are a lot of different people doing a lot of different things.
Or try really beautiful places, art museums etc.
Surround yourself with people, whether they are real people or authors/songwriters/poets who have inspired you in the past.

Pick your favorite character (book or movie) in their most desolate or triumphant time. Write a song about that person as if it were you, at that time, as if it was happening to you.
