I hv difficulty to sleep at night and sometimes can stay up to 2 to 3 hours in bed. During daytime i feel damn tired. My friends recommended aromatheraphy but i found it quite expensive. Please tell me which one is useful and which one is more reasonable.

Lavender is very relaxing. You can get the essential oil or lavender candles.

For daytime peppermint scent is good.

In general candles are cheaper than the oils. Go to a store that sells candles and see how the different scents make you feel, Carry a few coffee beans with you to smell in between so the scents don't all run together.

i use lavender scented things in my bedroom-it's the best for relieving stress and helping to relax me....

i work nite shift and sometimes have trouble getting to sleep in the morning...

tide makes a new laundry detergent called lavender and vanilla that i use on my bathtowels and sheets ONLY-this helps to associate the scent with sleep b/c i take a shower before going to bed.

i also have lavender scented bubble bath and shower gel along with candles...

all of these are fairly inexpensive and i only use them in my room-nowhere else in the house-that way my mind only associates the lavender w/sleep and relaxation.
