Actually yes it does feel very relaxing, if you do it right before your going to sleep. You fall asleep faster and stuff. Well i mean there is no such thing as too much in my opinion, since masturbation actually lowers the risk of getting this cancer or something. (Prostate Cancer?)...Yeah well keep doing it, you will sleep better at night and just feel good.

Shoot dude, consider yourself lucky. If I had tried that with either of my ex-wife's I'd be sleeping any where but in bed with them. There is nothing wrong with masturbating. Does your wife ever give you a helping hand? Is this even after having sex with your wife? Do you not have sex ever night or every other night? Most of these questions you can answer your self. If you feel the need to masturbate and she is not against it then by all means continue. There is no such thing as too much. Too often maybe, but never too much. Good luck.

I would assume that masturbation is only a problem if your engaging in it so much it interferes with other areas in your life, are you masturbating so much it interferes with work or school, eating etc? Lol I think masturbation is perfectly natural. I suspect this has something to do with your sex life, most men i know would rather have sex than masturbate. Are you masturbating more than having sex with your wife? Have you considered that she takes it personally?

I think you should be asking yourself "does this interfere with my relationship with my wife? Am I not being intimate enough or often enough for her? Is my masturbating replacing relations with her? Is she jealous or needy and feels that I am being selfish?"
She may feel inadequate and have body issues with herself. If this is a substitute for sex; why? Are you both satisfied in bed? Are you both connected emotionally during love making?
Or is it just as simple as you've always orgasmed before going to bed and if you aren't doing it with her...you still have to climax to sleep?
But you need to talk to her and find out. Communicate with out accusing the other of being selfish. Use "I feel or I need" statements. That should help bring about positive conversation.

If you got a wife you don't need to masturbate. So, I'd say that is too much.

my friend, there is nothing wrong with you and it's quite common that married men masturbate though not everybody is fort-right as you, so long as she's getting all the action she needs there's no reason for her to complain, buy her a good vibrator and believe me things will change.

Apparently this behaviour is affecting your relationship. It is time to sit down with her and find out the why's and how to's to fix the problem. Perhaps she just wants to be included? Perhaps she would rather you do her then your hand?

Just tell your wife this is normal and it is not exessive. Ask your wife to cooperate with you to relex in doing this if she is not that much interested in sex.
