I have new staff coming in to work for me but i want to make a video tutorial of some sort that will show them how to use our work systems. Thanks

It allows you to capture all the cursor movements and whatever is shown in the computer screen as well as audio provided your have a microphone.

You can use software to create video tutorials. They are capable of capturing and record the screen events as they happen. The best software I can recommend for this is nothing but Camtasia.
