Yes, In Internet Explore everything is saved if the settings or set to save the files, but these are temp. depending on the expiration date of the file(alot of them don't have one), or the space available for new files to be saved. Go to tools>internet options>settings to change how much space the folder has to save. I usually have like a 50mb sized folder sometimes smaller depending the use of the computer. You can also delete all the files in temp. folder, or just the files that you don't want seen.(if you can find them) Make sure you delete the cookies too.

I quite using Internet Explore for most of my internet browsing. I use Firefox instead its harder to access the temp. cache. and has better protection against spyware.

yes its cache to your PC. Its normally inside your temporary internet files folder. But these files can't be read or open via any video players and etc. Its a way they ensure no one can abuse or misuse these videos...

These files also will be remove and will not be stored permanently on your PC.

Your temp folder can be found using these steps:-
Open Internet Explorer -> Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Settings -> view Files.
