You can condense the size of your files by compressing them using a zipping utility.

WinZip, WinRoar are a couple to download and they are free and well known.

Good program is Winzip.
You may be able to download a trial version which you may be able to use for 30 days, but then will have to buy, or lose it.

I have it. Comes in handy sometimes.
