If you like Minor League ball, what team? Do you follow the American Association? Any El Paso Diablos fans out there?

No i am not a El Paso Diablos fan, but minor league baseball kicks ***. Take away the minor in the title and what you have is pure baseball without the salary headaches and all the benefits of a major league game without high ticket prices and $7.00 dollar twelve ounce beers!!!

I follow an independant minor league, the Frontier League. There are two teams within 30 miles of where I live. The Gateway Grizzlies in Sauget, Il and River City Rascals (my team) in O'Fallon, Mo. The league currently has 5 alumni on major league rosters George Sherrill -Evansviile to Baltimore, Justin Christian River City to New York Yankees, Joe Thatcher River City to San Diego, Mike Cervanek Chillicothe to Phiadelphia and Josh Kinney (DL) River City to St. Louis.

I do! I like the Oakland A's in the big leagues becuase thats where I live BUT I've been to Sacramento's Raley Field and I love the AAA Rivercats (OAK). I went to the old staduim for the Modesto nuts (when they were the modesto A's) two years ago but they've redone it since. I want to see the Stockton Ports (A's) and SJ Giants (Giants) too. I might see the Bakersfield Blaze (D Rays?) for their first game next season since someone I know will invite me

I go to secveral Pawtucket Red Sox games every year. It's always nice to see rehabbing player or future stars. I got to see Jonathan Papelbon in Pawtucket right before he got called up last season, and I saw Dustin Pedroia play earlier this year. I've also seen Kevin Youkilis several times over the last few years, and Manny Delcarmen, including the day before he made his major league debut.

I don't follow it, I don't care about it, but it sure is fun to take my 5 year old to a ballgame for under 20 bucks.
