Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Very inexpensive and the easiest thing to use is wax. Slows down regrowth of hair, makes it grow thinner, and if you use it long enough, body hair will even stop growing. Buy the kind you heat-up in the microwave. Ask a friend, sister, cousin or your mother to help you use it on your back. Make sure you do the skin test before you use it. Make sure it is not too hot or you'll burn yourself and that may leave a mark on your skin.

You can try Nair, because you can put it anywhere, and it removes the hair without any shaving. This is good because you're probably not able to shave all over your back. You put Nair on, leave it for a few minutes, and then just wash it off. The hair is gone!
