they came and worked on my phone ten days ago, and it hasn't worked right since. they have been out three times, each time saying it was fixed. as of today, i don't even have a dial tone. i can't reach them, because their email is answered by a computer that keeps telling me to use their online chat. when i try to use the chat, i get a screen saying that chat is not available in my area. when i call, i keep getting "all of our associates are busy". i have waited on hold for a total of 55 minutes without talking to anyone. i keep having to hang up because i need to do something else. is there any other place i can call or contact for help?

My friend and my daughter recently got comcast for their phones, computer, and TV. And they have all had repeated problems.....over and over!!!!!! The company is whacked. I had both of them remove comcast from the phone service and get Verizon or bell, It's not worth the hassle with comcast!!!! As soon as they contacted another phone service, comcast got back to them, and begged them to stay with them! this is of course, after days of trying to get a hold of them...... comcast has some big issue's!!!! But one good thing, if you scream long and loud enough they will cut your contract up and not charge you for changing service, you just have to be LOUD

Sorry to tell you this but...ComCast is the biggest joke out there. They are worthless, a lot of their problems come from sub-contracting out 95% of their work to even worse companies than their selves.

My apologies to anyone who works for the contract companies but it's true, without you people ComCast would be nothing.

Show up at their office with all of your info from an old or current bill so they know who they are talking to and work your way up the chain of command until someone can assure you that you will be taken care of. Be nice even though you want to blow up or you could be escorted out of the building.

Call them from a cell phone, or from work.
