I'm not positive where the little bits of fluff are coming from...but you can fill your washer to capacity, put on the hottest water and use 8 ounces of bleach to clean your washer. Do not add any clothes to the washer let it wash any empty load. It may need to have the trap cleaned out. You would need to go to the web-site of the manufacturer to find out where it is located. Most web-sites also have a phone number to talk to them directly. Good luck!

Use the antiseptic or bleach wipes. Run the wipes around the edge of the top and near the soap dispenser. If the inside of the top is very grimy, you can hit the release tab to open it. This makes it easier to clean the entire inside.

Don't over fill and do a vinegar/water wash once a month. Add some vinegar to the rinse cycle and wash when empty.
