Your period was late because your body is adjusting to the lack of hormones you were taking. It will take a few cycles for your body to get back into a regular routine.

You won't know you if you are pregnant or not for atleast another week and a half or so. Be patient. If you are over anxious it tends to interfere with conception.

It sometimes takes a few months to get pregnant after stopping birth control. So don't get depressed if it doesn't happen again this month.

Relax, have fun, and keep practicing (my hubby's favorite part) and it will happen soon enough.

there is a great possibility that you are pregnant. I was off of birth control for 3 months and my husband and I had sex on the day that I ovulated and I got pregnant. Wait 6 to 10 days from the day that you think you got pregnant and then take a test. GOOD LUCK.

You should have a pregnancy test done. If your last period was two weeks late, it could also throw off the time you would normally ovulate as well. Sometimes when women discontinue taking their hormone birth control pills, the cycle is a little erratic, but ovulation occurs just the same, and not always on schedule.

The average woman of childbearing years having unprotected sex during ovulation (1 day before, day of, and 2 days after) has a 20% chance of conceiving. 93% of women having unprotected sex get pregnant within a year's time.

It is easier to get pregnant with your second child than with your first...at least that is what I have been told. It is highly likely that you are pregnant. I hope that you are!!! Good luck!
