he sounds like a sissy..but tht's ok if u like him. Ask him out..or give him the eye

He hangs around you...alot
He smiles at you...and tries to catch your eyes
He winks...occasionally
He teases you...but not as one of the guys
He tries to find some reason to touch you...small though it may be
He laughs when you laugh...and might even watch your lips...
He asks you for your number (obvious one there)
He tries to be in as close a proximity as possible without actually touching your body...
He flirts alot...
He may even turn red or stutter...
Guys do get nervous sometimes around a girl they like, especially if they're young...
He checks you out...
He gives you a once over...

Believe in a womans instinct. If he likes you you will get his attention even in small things that you do. The way he acts, the way he looks at you from that you will know! And one day he will say that he likes you!

If he does not act normal around you, he likes you. If he reacts to you differently then to everybody else, you have an effect on him, most likely he likes you.
