it's kinda tender but i don't know what it could be should i just see if it goes away or what no insurance or money to go to the doctor

they usually go away on their own over time but use a heating pack, it will help relieve the tension. Also do some stretching techniques to loosen up your back

I would wait a week or so and if it didn't go away see a doctor or call the health dept. and make a appointment

could be a trigger point and you need a massage. try applying ice for 15 minutes, then direct pressure and see if it goes away.
