Using the instrument (gar-rot?) that was used took some thought and finesse.........so it couldn't have been the brother (my original thought), he was to young to come up with that ( i believe he was 10 or 11 at the time). Why would the killer take the time to get a wire and paint brush for this garrot when their hands would have been sufficient. I believe it to be someone that was an acquaintance or associate of the family, perhaps a jealous friend of Patsy or jealous of Jon Benets win's as a beauty queen.......someone that may have just wanted her dead, not a sexual sicko- creep, so far they say there was not penetration..........almost like they overkilled her, i think it all revolves around rage towards the Ramsey.

The only person who thinks that JM Karr had anything to do with that murder is JM Karr.
Who knows who killed her? But her parents passed at least one lie detector test each, so I really don't think it was either of them.
I truly believe we will never know for sure.

We'll never know who killed JonBenet Ramsey unless the Boulder DA's office matches the DNA found at the crime scene.

The mom or brother. The dad probably paid Karr to fess up - that's why Karr knew so much.

We might never know. That Karr guy looked like he was doing it for attention the first second I saw him. Look at this way, the guy got a free ticket to the U.S. from Thailand from the taxpayers money. He figured he wanted to come back to the U.S. but didn't have any money so he relied on the taxpayer's money for the ride. Smart guy.

The devil did it, he is the author of murder. He may have used somebody that had to be willing, but eventually the person will be revealed. The murderous spirit that possesses a man or woman is not who they really are. It is a hitchiker and it will eventually either drive them crazy or it will continue to kill. Either way it will boil out before long. Maybe tomorrow, who knows but God?

I don't think it was ACTUALLY her mother I think that they/she hired someone. The ransom letter was in her handwriting and there were no footprints in the snow surrounding their house! The whole thing is SICK. It is really bad if the parents did do it b/c the mom just passed away. so she won't face justice.
