Actually, only Eric McCormack, who played Will, is openly public about being straight. Sean Hayes (Jack) has always refused to answer the question on the technical grounds of "I'm an actor; I play characters."

the actors who play will and grace are straight and in relationships...I dunno about Jack...he's a little to good to be all acting.
