i actually plan on it when im 18 or 19, something like that. its just my parents are not supporting me and i want to go to college i want to be a vet. its just u have to go for 7 or 8 years by then i will be 26 and trying to find a job in a foreign country would be hard, at least i think it would. so should i go b4 college and skip a year or 2? but what if i really like it? should i go to college there? im not rich or anything so its going to cost a lot of money either way.i guess im not sure so what would u do?

You can just get a cheap language school (like french or italian) and get the visa upon arrival at the Heatrow airport.
But you have to register the school for one year so you could get the student visa. (That's what i did.)
I will say that this is the safest way to do it if you just want to find out if you like the place or not instead of wasting your time to get into a college and spending so much money on the school.what if you don't like it?

And you could transfer to a college after you stayed there for a while .
Just for youre info,When i was living in london. my american friends visited me few times, and somehow they were really getting fed up with london after a week or so.
I guess the life style is sooooo different.

If you get into college here in America you can probably do a one year exchange, which might be a good starting point to see if you like living there.

parents rarely want to see their children move far from home, honey. don't expect them to be thrilled. you only live once, and if i could i'd live in england as well. follow your dream.

about the timing, i couldn't tell ya. i'll leave that info for someone else to answer.

England is one of the most expensive country to live in - Tax, food, rent.... maybe you should re-think your idea, other countries are very nice as well.
