You have to open the Excel file to sort.

Sorting in Excel is a 1-2-3 operation. What is your problem? As long as you have the 1st row as a header (with column headings), you just select the file with the table-select button, click Data,Sort. Indicate that you do have a heading, then indicate on which column you wish to sort.
