who likes wrestling even if its fake?

i know wrestling is fake but i still like it anyways cause i could see my sexy man,rey mysterio and i like his style of wrestling and i like the storymode and i know the story modes are fake

I basically like it because I grew up with it..I thought that it was real when I was ten. Quit watching for a number of years, then later I started watching it again. This time because I had a few friends in the business. Now, I knew that it was worked (ie, fake), but I saw and appreciated the effort, athleticism, and courage of those involved. I've since actually done some pro wrestling and I see it as an art (although I will get a lot of arguments form many people on that). Wrestling is sort of an escapist type of entertainment, but then so are most movies and tv programs. I like it for nostalgic reasons, and for the fact that I understand the inner workings of the game. Steve Allen called it "a soap opera with a referee". It always amazes me how many people will condemn and criticise it, until they actually go to a wrestling show. My banker recently took his wife to one of my matches. Before they went, she said, "I can't believe you're taking me to the wrestling matches." When it was over she said, "I can't believe you took me to the wrestling matches and even more, I can't believe how much fun it was."

Sure it's fake...but when you see two wrestlers in the ring with the right chemistry, it's still something to see (I mean that mainly from the fight choreography sense, but when a storyline does work, it can really add to the whole thing)...of course, there aren't enough truly great wrestlers around, and sadly the majority of the storylines are just too lame nowadays...can't they fit the storylines around the wrestlers' personalities instead of trying to fit them into absurd characters? But bottom line, been watching since way back in the day when Sammartino was WWWF (World Wide Wrestling Federation) champ...on and off till today...still nothing like it...and that's part of the charm...

I seriously don't like when people attach the word "fake" with wrestling. My husband used to wrestle before the birth of our daughter, and he would be the first to tell you that even though the matches and the spots (moves) are predetermined, the physicality and the pain is very much real.

what the different between movies n pro wrestling, all fake ! yet people like both ! actually everybody like the story either in pro wrestling n movies, me too love wrestling, Rey mysterio, batista, undertaker n almost all of them !

I like wrestling but I do not consider it fake because of the stuff the wrestlers do are real. It is 50% real and 50% fake.The injuries are most of the time real. The storylines are scripted and the winner are premediated.

Wrestling is wrestling, pro wrestling is predetermined.. aka sports entertainment, attempt to use correct terminology.

I do and I don't care I like all kinds of people in the WWE but I can't choose one if I had to which I can't but I would choose Cena,DX,Rey Mysterio and Batista!! I agree Rey-Rey is hot!!!!!

I know it's fake. But I still love it anyway! There is nothing better than watching half naked men beat the crap out of each other! Especially DX!!
