it would most likely involve beating the snot out of him, either for killing little JonBenet or putting the family through the hell of thinking they've finally found the killer, and so close to Patricia's death....that's wrong.

i would swat his hands away from my d i c k and shoot him in the nutz then tie him to the tree out side of the high school down the street with his pants at his ankles so everyone could see how small his d i c k is and that he had no ballz cause i blew them off with my glock that lies under my pillow eveynite i go to sleep

Why bother pulling his pants over his head. It's no secret that he's a sicko. He'd enjoy that too much. It would depend on the circumstances. If I felt that he was going to hurt me then I would have to defend myself and if that meant taking his life then so be it. If I didn't feel that he would try to take my life, I would call hte police and have him arrested for breaking and entering.
