So the pin # was wrong 3 times, and now it's locked out. How do you get that fixed?? Last resort: Bring it in. How much would that cost??

If you can prove account ownership, it should be no cost at any T mobile dealer.

Once you have locked out the phone by entering a pin number that is incorrect three times, there is only one thing that can be done if a company in your area can flash the phone that is your only way for using the phone again ! If no company can do it the phone is toast.
