Random question, I know. I am wanting to use a mousetrap with bait (like money, or iTunes gift card, or something) to tempt my high school students (as part of a lesson plan). It could be really funny if the mousetrap actually goes off on one of their fingers, but would this cause serious damage? Anyone have experience in this?

Formerly, having been a teacher I can't imagine any teacher even thinking about uses any device that could be potentially harmful to their students. Are you looking for a reprimand or a law suit?
