Use a network to transfer them, a USB (Universal Storage Bus)
This can hold them, untill you upload them to the other computer.
Burn them to CD, or 4-1/2 Floppy.

In my documents under music u should see a folder called itunes and in there in seperate folders u should find all your music and just drag or copy and paste them and burn them onto a cd!

u will have to burn them all to a disk like a data disk and that will work or just make a bunch of cd's and rip them to the new computer
