Are you talking about Valium?? If so, I think the white ones are 5mg, yellow-10 and blue -20. You should not take anymore than 2 or 3 at the most. Since you are asking, I am to suppose you have no prescription for these??? If you mix with alcohol you can die like Karen A. Quinlan. You can look her up on the Internet. She stayed in a comma for many years and wasted away. slowly!! If they are not yours....DO NOT TAKE!!!

well my friend valium is prescribed for Epilepsey (Sezuires) Sleep, Anxeity,Nervous Disorders, And As A Muscle Relaxor so if your body doesnt need it, all it will do is get you high and if you took four you should be feeling ok unless you ahve these meidcal conditions or your like a beach whale that should be harpooned somewhere
